Current Opportunities
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
- Fence Installers
Assist with building timber, pool, and Colorbond fencing. Tasks include site preparation, measuring, digging posts, and assembly. No experience required—just motivation and a strong work ethic. - Experienced Machine Operators
Operate diggers, augers, and other machinery for fence post installation and site preparation. A WTR license is essential. Prior experience in construction or fencing is highly valued. - Truck Drivers
Deliver fencing materials and equipment to job sites across the Taupo region. Must hold a valid Class 2 or 4 license and be prepared to assist crews on-site when needed. - Site Supervisors
Lead teams in daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Strong leadership skills and experience in construction or fencing required. - Project Coordinators
Manage scheduling, client communication, quoting, and tracking projects from start to finish. Perfect for candidates with administrative or coordination experience in trade services.
